PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Our Project Management team applies their skills, knowledge and experience to achieve specific project objectives according to the project acceptance criteria within agreed parameters. We organize and manage resources that are necessary to complete a project according to project requirement.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

We provide services on the overall management of the construction of the project’s owner(s) with effective management of the project's schedule, cost, quality, safety, scope, and function. We manage the construction to estimate and negotiate project costs.

TENDER MANAGEMENT

Our tender Team manages the Tender process on behalf of the Owner by ensuring an effective and efficient process. We will ensure contract compliance for procurement and supplier contracts, following up on Tender queries, evaluating bids technically and commercially.

DESIGN MANAGEMENT

Our design team manage all the design work as per client requirement and guiding them to bring together architects, structural and service engineers, to create coordinated designs which can be used during the build and aid maintenance of the structure once complete.

COST ANALYSIS AND ESTIMATION

With expert judgment we evaluate the price of a specific project. This can be done at budgetary level, prior to completion of the design based on assumed performance specifications, or at an accurate level, once a full design is complete.
